They started this project last fall and had removed a bunch of walkway yesterday so I hit it today!
Got a 1928 buffalo and a 1944 war nickle I was kind of surprised no silver quarters or dimes???
Oh well I cant complain Ive been doing real well most days..

Congrats on your finds! It's been so long since I dug a buffalo I've forgot what they look like...
 
That's a great pair of nickels!
Just missed a sidewalk tear out near me.
Must have been a private subcontractor cause the county guys couldn't have done it so quick.

Its funny because I found about 7 last two weeks! Last summer was my first buffalo
