Went to a local lake with a swim area and hunted it with a buddy. I took along my Tachyon xc camera and recorded the hunt. Here is a link to the video if you want to watch:http://youtu.be/kDmgIS19Auw If you like it subscribe to my Youtube page and watch my other videos. Thanks

Enjoyed the video, u had some good finds. Ever try mounting ur excal control behind the elbow? I used to run mine the way u have ur's set up but found out that behind the elbow had much better balance. Good luck with ur hunting. John

Thanks for your comments, and no I have not tried it that way, it is on a custom straight shaft with the controls below my elbow but to be honest I hunt with it sometimes 5 hours at at time and I never get tired and I'm never sore afterwards so it isn't an issue for me. I wish I had enough time and places to hunt to hunt long enough to be sore from it! Thanks again.

I enjoyed it too. Watched some of the older ones too. I like your scoop as well. Home made? No welding?
Regards, Kossie

No I actually bought that scoop about 4 years ago and I was searching on the internet for a scoop and came across it. It came from a real small mom and pop type shop and I can't recall the guys name but it was in one of the New England states I believe. It is a real nice scoop, I am going to add some screen in the bottom however as it does let items that are smaller than a dime slip through the holes. I lose ear rings that are small and ear ring backs. It is a stainless steel scoop with a galvenized handle. Very rugged and I wish I could remember the name of the place/fellow I got it from. Thanks for the nice words. HH

Thank you. I always enjoy your videos too. I was amazed at how well the tones could be heard. That Tachyon xc doesn't have the greatest audio when the waterproof case is closed up tight. I suppose with it being in such close proximity to my headphones that it was able to pick it up pretty well. Thanks again and HH. I am subsribed to you on youtube, looking forward to some more videos from you!

Nice video ! I want a scoop like that!
