Hiking along in the Sierra Nevada Foothills....

Was up North visiting my family in late March and got to do another hike along the Mokelumne Coast To Crest Trail. I have made it a mission of mine to hike all the trails in this hiking trail system, and have so far done the Western block of it. As usual, I was addicted to taking photos of the wildflowers, and the views from the trail.

A good chunk of the slideshow is actually video footage where I explain where I am and where I am going. Hope you all enjoy the video. HH and GL.

Does anyone pan for gold in that stream in your video? I saw something that looked like a stone fence, correct? You ever see many snakes when hiking? This is a great video, very enjoyable to watch. Thanks for sharing it with the Forum, Kelley (Texas) :)

I would have to look into their rules and regulations more. There are gold claims nearby however.

Speaking of snakes Kelley, I saw one on another hike in the same area a few weeks back.:) But that is a story for the next thread.

Glad you liked the video Kelley.
