Hidden Treasure

'Salvation (and) the fear of the Lord is HIs treasure' Isaiah 33:6, NKJV

The Kingdom Of Heaven is also compared to a treasure that is buried in a field. When a man discovers it, he quickly buries it again and then sells all he has to buy the field. In ancient times it was customary to hide treasure in an unknown place in the field, because thefts and robberies were frequent. Also, the country was in constant danger of foreign armies. Sometimes death would claim the owner of the field and it was not uncommon in Christ's day that treasures of coins or gold and silver was found as the new owner plowed the field. The parable of Jesus illustrated the 'Value of Heavenly Treasure', and the field represents the Holy Scriptures where the gospel treasure is found.

Questions: Do you consider the salvation you found, in Christ, a treasure? How about the Bible you have? Do you consider it a treasure? How do you treat it? How much do you value it?

Hello Greg, Actually my day begins with God's Word and It is used multiple times throughout my day.

I wasn't actually asking you how much you use it but I was just continuing your questions in your post.
Do you consider it a treasure
How do you treat it
How much do you value it
How much do you use it
Like you I read it daily. Ive never read the old testament start to finish before, just parts. So I started at the beginning and I'm now in job.
Have a Jesus filled day
