haven't been to the post office as yet. Will let you know when I mail your copy of the pic and poem so you can be watching for it...won't fit in the mailbox or it would get bent! My prayers are with you all for Jesus to meet your health and financial needs and He will give you peace that passes all understanding by knowing that He is working all things together for your good and for His purpose!

I haven't been feeling well myself and Christmas time is very difficult for me because of things that have happened in the past and, with my own mother and dad gone, it is truly hard! But praise God I have my brother here with me that I hadn't seen since 1984 and will be celebrating Christmas Eve with my other brother, his wife and my sister and many, many relatives and friends....if the weather and my health allow us to go get her and bring her to where we live for Christmas!!

May our Lord and Savior bless you all and keep you safe within His loving and protective arms!

I don't want to speak of what He is doing (don't want satan throwing any monkey wrenches into the mix - but we can see God is working things out for us. God is Great - God is Good - All the time! Praise and Glory to God in the highest.

This time of year has never been great for us - actually my Mom passed away from the same stuff I had gone through and survived - she passed away at age 42 in Jan 74. My wife's Dad had passed away in Feb and her Grandma in the same month as my Mom or her Dad - can't remember which. So we never felt good during Jan/Feb because of losses. Sherry lost her step-dad and then we lost my step mom and Dad. And with all the medical problems going back to Sep = its been a rough ride.

We have to concentrate on the here and now and the future and not relive the past over and over til depression is our constant companion. Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Light and that is where our eyes and our hearts need to concentrate on.

Again I had forgotten about the poem and picture - too much going on in my brain and it slipped past me. There is no hurry on getting it to us. We are just so blessed by what you had written and that you have gone to so much effort to get it to us. God bless you Betty.

I pray that you, your brother and the rest of the family can get together and have the best Christmas you have had in many a year.

I also pray that you feel better and that God continues to meet your needs for His glory.

I have to go to my Dad's today and bring back more things here to go through and try to get a handle on his estate. Doubt there will be anything left as he was not a rich man by any stretch of the imagination. Sadly, he wasn't even rich in the Lord all his life either.
