Hi all, I just joined the site. I live in Manhattan but do most of my detecting in the Catskills. I would love to hit some beaches if anybody wants to hook up and go. I bought a Fisher 1280x that I love a couple of years ago but never got going with it until last Sunday which was probably my 3rd time out. I found my first ring, cheap one .675 but still exciting and 1.21 in clad which included 9 pennies out of one hole and a number 3 tag which is my wife's favorite number.
