Hi Monte, I have a question about threshold on the Tejon.

Using the directions in the manual to set the threshold, I do not get any sound until I have the knob set beyond the 1 o'clock position and I don't get a steady threshold till I approach the 3 o'clock position. I have read other postings that say to put the threshold knob between 11 o'clock and one o'clock position as "you don't need any more threshold than that". Again any knob adjustment on my machine at 11-1 o'clock and I do not have any threshold. Do you think there is something wrong with my machine or is this just a machine to machine difference?

Ok thanks. I'll just have to play with it. it is kind of raspy and sputtery at about 1 o'clock. When I am in discriminate mode and go back to all metal I sometimes have to "jump start" the threshold with a squeeze of the trigger.
