I felt I was too obsessed with the hobby, so I've deversified a little. The fuel cost has helped reduce my trips down to the beach, which is about 25 miles for me.
However the next 5 or 6 weeks will have me putting in a little more time with it being peak beach season(just paid $50 for a beach badge). Our season really only has a 90 day window and outside of that wind and tide are the tickets.
I'd like to hit Va.bch, but I'm trying to decide if it would be during the summer or mid/late Sept. Hope to run into you when I do(in the wet sand
