Took a break from wading and went out land detecting to a new spot, with SD and a friend of his. Found two quarters (1942 & 1952), two Rosie's (1946 & 1956), one merc. (1945s) and a silver ring( not marked). Also found a strange cuff link depicting an African on the front, the post was broke off, it has a pat. # 2472958 on it. Has anyone ever seen one like this? Also found some clad. Still like diving for gold better.
