HI HO SILVER!:bouncy:

Yahoo! Got my first silver quarter today (1943) and another wheaty (1945). I had a chance to hit my parents property (circa 1936) and since I have been over it before I decided to check all iffy signals. I would remove a 4" plug and recheck the hole and if the signal improved; I would go for it. The quarter read low conductivity around iron, with 4" of clay dirt removed it immediately increased to dime/quarter--ish. After further digging I spotted it, and boy-- complete Zen. What a great feeling an 8"+ silver quarter, I have been in a slump lately and this is just what I needed. Also found chinese thing and beat up 77 quarter all at 8"+. Well this is all I wanted for Christmas. Amazing how one silver quarter makes for 100$ in clad for me. Merry Christmas everyone and H.H. Rob M

that silver is a great find  but the Chinese cash coin is the highlight of the finds & it could be quite old. give it a clean & post a better pic of it & we may be able to date it for ya.
