Hi folks,
I just bought an AT Pro the last of December and now the owner of the detector shop is trying to get me hooked on a MXT. He said I would let the AT Pro sit once I started using the MXT. What say you guys? Lewiston, Idaho

If you was in the Tulsa,OK. area I would let you test drive my 300 difference being 12''super coil ,then take the PRO for a drive just to give you a little more to think about.
however if he sold you the AT PRO you could surly get some of your money back on trade-in if you do decide to purchase an MXT/MXT300/MXTPRO
I'm thinking if you do a demo of the MXT's you'll come away with the ?(what suits you):detecting:

Hi Atpro, If you were to get the MXT, you better get your dust rag ready for the AT Pro. I agree, it will be sitting around collecting dust. The MXT is an all around one heck of a machine. I won't have any other. JMHO. HH, Nancy

I've been a WHITES :detecting: man from the start and won't change.
I've hunted against a number of "off" brands and do very well.
At present my hunting partner runs a top of the line "green machine":garrett:.
For the most part the MXT will come out on top.( but I dig everything)
It all comes down to Knowing your machine and putting your coil over the target.
Give the MXT a test drive...:detecting:
You won't be disappointed. It's a well rounded machine that is very easy to learn and has all the power that you need.
What ever you decide, go out there and enjoy yourself.

HH

I own the MXT and the AT Pro both are excellent machines, just wish that the MXT was waterproof.

I have an MXT and think it's great, just NOT waterproof. Thats why I ordered an AT-PRO. I'm sure i will use the mxt as much as always, unless it rains or i am at the lake or beach.

I have MXTPRO love it my wife just got a ATPRO now I have uh I mean we now have one for sunshine and one for rainey days and to use at the beach, what the heck have them both:lol:

HMMM??? I have both and LOVE both. each has it's place for use. both have strong points and weaknesses. Buy both and you won't go wrong. I love my MXT so much that I never leave home without it. LOL!! Maybe the AT PRO will be next??????

Nice ink. Yep, you're dedicated to metal detecting. HH, Nancy
