been way to busy. Seems my meager 3 days a week security gig suddenly (due to a death of another security officers husband's passing) to about 59 hours this week. I have 6 hours left of todays shift before I finally get a day off (thank God for Presidents day).
The hours worked straight through would have helped had I gotten more rest in between. Didn't happen. One night my brother kept me up past midnight talking about committing our Dad 'for his own sake'. The rest of the dawning hours left my spirit in turmoil. later the next day he sent me an email said he and his wife had had too much to drink and weren't thinking straight - sorry about that I think he wanted to say but didn't. Glad he came to his senses but in the meantime I haven't had time to call him back and tell him to never talk to me if he is or has been drinking - oh yeah that was Valentine's day. My mind should have been on loving things like my wife - not committing my Dad cuz a couple drunk felt 'something had to be done - and now').
Anyway its Sunday and I'll be missing church this morning - not happy about that. Been missing the family all week long and missing you all for longer than that.
Just thought I'd let you know I am still around and no time to read earlier posts to see what I've missed.
My prayers for God to answer all those in need for God meets our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Til I get some time to relax and read back posts - God bless you and yours - one and all

The new plant I'm working in works lots of Saturdays and I've worked every one for the past month. Been working 10 - 11+ hours a day for 20 years so I guess I'm used to it. I'm just glad I have a job
