for a day without rain, as I was able to mow all my lawn and with the weather being cool I didn't get too tired! So, Thank You, Jesus!

I have posted more often, but posting messages is so slow for me. I don't check using the preview very often, so forgive any mistakes I probably will make! Ma isn't getting any younger and her mind isn't as alert as it once was. God bless each of you, serve Him with gladness & Happy Hunting!

married April 2, 1955! We didn't take our vacation (honeymoon) until the first two weeks in June. It turned really cold and we were in the country visiting his dad, mom and relatives! We didn't take any jackets or warm clothes, so his grandfather bought a heavy flannel shirt for each of us to wear as his wedding gifts! Really appreciated them, too! I was also expecting our first child by then, very sick all day long, and then I got poison ivy from working at the cemetery (which itched and oozed like crazy) so it wasn't very pleasant a time for me! Oh the memories...Good & Bad!
