Hi All

Hello......

I wanted to pop my head in and say hello. I have mostly been a user of the Sovereign Elite and DFX but I am in the market for a new detector and Fisher has really caught my attention. I have been looking alot at the Coinstrike and though I would jump in here and see what users had to say about it. I am the coin shooter type of guy with the ocassional relic and I am definitely a dig it all sort of dude. Discrimination is my enemy.

It seems to do well in iron infested areas and the target ID seems to be fast. How is depth? I guess more specific, how is depth compared to the CZ-3D? I can't say I am really concerned with visual ID at depth since like msot of you seasoned detectorists, I go by sounds. I am really thinking of getting one but thought I would ask opinions here first. Thanks all...........Joseph

addressed on the Fisher forum by some other folks & I can't really compare it to an Elite or DFX. I can say that depth is a strong suit with the C$....big time. In fact, it has sort of an underground following with relic hunters. LIke Civil War guys & such who run the very deep all metal mode with success.....but the disc modes deep too.
HH, BIll
