hi all im new here with lots of q's . about me i have a barrowed bounty hunter pionner ex . hunting my yard only . i have found only one penny 1974 and a rusty old zippo lighter along with nails ,bottle caps. i dont have a pinpointer so my holes are like 24" x12"deep. this detector has a coin only mode but nothing . i have preordered the garrett ace 350 and an automax h4 pinpointer from kelly but you all know about the backorder . i almost ordered the 250 but heard of the 350latest greatest thing. and being new here how can you turn off the dancing smiley things.

Ace 350 is a good bet but I would have ordered a Garrett Pinpointer........the automax is worth the trouble.....thats why they give them away with a detector purchase

Although the ACE 250 detector is an excellent machine, the ACE 350 is even supposed to be better. I bet the ACE 350 will be a great improvement over what you previously used. There are thousands of us waiting for the new release. Please DO ask questions....that's what this forum is all about. And again.......welcome to the forum!

Yea,the automax doesn't come close to the Garret Propointer. I can't even picture myself without the Propointer.That's a horrible thought!. That's a terrible thought! Why thats down right scary! Oh.... Welcome to the forum Gunner. There is alot of knowledge floating around here. Happy Hunting!
