Hi all i am geting a used minelab ELITE and need too know a good beach setting for wetsand and some blacksand.

DISC: all the way to the left.

NOTCH: all the way to the left.

VOLUME: all the way open.

SENSITIVITY: open as much as the beach will let you.

THRESHOLD: just where you can just hear it over the other noises.

TONE ID: variable

MODE: disc

NOISE CANCEL: either band.

Listen to each target closely...DIG all target...associate all sounds that you heard we what you dug. Low solid tunes nickels/rings/...high tunes coin silver...broken tunes platitum, white gold

What I do is dig all targets except for large iron, I carry a lot of trash off the beach but a lot of good stuff also.

DIG AWAY BUT HAVE FUN
