Hey Monte! Nice review of the Titan 300xD. :)

Do you know who makes it?

I'd like to read it!

First Texas, the folks who make Bounty Hunter. The 3000 XD is made for Kellyco and is similar to the all-gray RS-3300 made for Radio Shack, but the face decal is much better and easier to read than the RS version. This was something Kellyco's designer did as the RS version has very tiny lettering and is harder to read. At least for these aging eyes!

We all know that there is no 'perfect' detector made, and for many applications the Titan 3000 XD can handle the job. This wasn't a case of an evaluation and then unload the unit,as I still have the 3000 XD on hand. I sold the ring, and cashed in the change for Christmas shopping, but was pleased enough with the Titan 3000 XD to keep it in my now limited arsenal.

I found a 1/2ct solitaire ring with a RS back in 1994. It gave an iron signal amonst many pull tabs and I knew that the limestone crushed gravel parking lot didn't have any iron. I guess white gold can read pretty low......

Kellyco sells so many brands I can't remember them all.
