Itw as Vishay...not Bourne...anyway here is a linkt to them at Mouser...they run $15.00 a piece...yah expensive but they are waterproff so makes em expensive....but we need em cause they will fit.
Look at the how they have no depth inside the panel....and they are small...about 3/8" at most in dia...and they only stick inside maybe3/8-1/2"
Now they mountfrom the outside in verses other way with normal pots....so......you have to make sure you slip the mounting nut OVER the wires BEFORE you solder them to the tabs...you will see why.

These are the seals I have found used on reg, pots on the Detectorpro Wader headphones as well as on the control box of my White's
Surfmaster Pro PI.

Anyone looking for 10 turn pots, these are good, dealt with this shipper and they arrive within 15 days.
They are marked Bourns and have end points 10 multiturn pots He's got other pot values too.

Scott,
Thanks for the link. I think those would work. Looking at the 47K pot.
3/8" could work but I think 1/2" would be too long for where I want to put it. But looking at it, I could cut that long prong and keep it to 3/8". Perhaps even trim them all a bit.

Think I'll order one and see.

The Golden wouldn't benefit much from a 10 turn gb pot, and there is no space to fit one unless it was put in a separate box and attached to side of unit. A 50K single turn pot does fine for ground balancing the Golden and if the connection profile is short enough they can be put in the most accessible places, like on the faceplate above the notch width dial.

The waterproof pots are being looked at because they are low profile on the wiring end. They can fit in places where a reqular pot couldn't fit due to space constaints.

Thanks for the info, though.
