A busy executive was tired of having no time to spend detecting. He found out about a company that could make a clone to do his work for him so he would have more free time. All went well with the cloning process and before long his clone was doing more and more of his work. The clone was so identicle that nobody even noticed the difference. After a few months the executive just quit coming to work at all and was having the time of his life. All this changed when something went very wrong and the clone became violent and abusive to all the others in the office. He even started swearing and making passes at all the ladies. The executive went to the office to confront the clone and a fight broke out between the clone and the executive. After a long struggle the executive threw the clone out of the 35 floor window, to his death. He was arrested and thrown in jail. Now here is the test: What was the man charged with?
