I found the following when I was looking for the civil war reunion badges I posted below. It is about 1 1/2 inches in size and is made of heavy metal.I dug it a few years ago here in Mo..From the location I found it at I know it was lost between 1895 and 1920.Any ideas on what it was used for?

I have never seen one before, don't know what it is. Maybe it was something to pin on your shirt. Thanks for posting it. Please have a great day! Kelley (Texas) <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":)">
