Hey folks, got a question to ask you

my neighbor has got an old saddle that she found maybe 3-4 years ago that someone had thrown out, along with some other stuff, other day she took the saddle to a local show and some guy told her the saddle was from the Civil War era, union made, McCleland saddle if i remember correct, would anyone have an idea of what the worth might be, is not in great shape but is in good shape to be so old. Thanks for any help. Vic
ps- I can go take a couple pics of it if anyone might wanna see it.
