Just got back from Florida last week and promptly came down with the flu..........UGH. We found a house for investment while the new one will be built. We have to wait and see if they take the offer or not.........it was a low ball offer and the house was impending forclosure with the lending company in deep do-do. In any case hopefully we will be moving this summer to the land of sunshine. If we don't get the house, then we will start on building the new one sooner.
