Hey Beach guys, What's to Come???

Got a question for all you beach guys. I've only been beach huntin for three months now, been finding some stuff; but I was wondering what is going to happen in the coming months?

In the summer months the beach is good and sanded in with very thick sand, then in the fall all that sand got washed out to sea(that's when I started detectin). I assume that in the spring of the year that all that sand is going to be pushed back onto the beach and; therefore, cover up any gold that hasn't been snagged by one of us.

So I guess what I'm saying is, that come spring time the pickins are going to be mighty slim and very deep until the summer crowds start to come and replinish the beach.

Is this what I should expect or is there gold to be had year round??

Thanks in Advance

Best hunting time here in Connecticut is in the winter when the sand moves out, I find the majority of my rings in the winter and prefer winter hunting over summer it also separates the men from the boys :bouncy:
