Yes that is a working lighthouse an an inland lake. It's about 30' high.

Southeast of Lima and Grand Lake. The beaches are on the northeast corner. I did take one of the beach area at Windy Point but I couldn't get through the snow to get a good shot.

Just wrap some sandwich bag wrap over the control box and you'll be fine.
A nice raincoat will do you good. BTW put some sandwich wrap around the grip as well because other
wise the grip will get dirty from the mud on your hands. Of course if its lightening and thundering I'd stay indoors.
The MD could be a real lightening rod!
