What is it???????????? It is shinny, silver colored and slick on the sides with a black crust on top and heavy too. The crust looks like its been in a lot of heat. Reads between the half dollar and dollar notch on the Ace 250. Was found on farmland in a hollow where there was no history of any kind of industry. Looks like it is part of a bigger piece but no other pieces were found. Could it be part of a metorite??????

Look's like lead with a cast iron top maye be a piece of an early horse plow just a guess

looks to me like a piece of lead with the slag still attached and the sides look to have been shaved maybe to pour musket balls?

It looks to me to be a piece of Galena.....which has silver in it by the way.
