Using my new Garrett Scorpion this year, I really noticed a substantial increase with my nickel count, and that's good, as that's where gold rings read too.

Hay John,
I love tha specs on tha Scorpion.
Sounds like my kind of machine.
I was fealing kind of depressed until I realized
that without tha $1 and $2 coins, your count is
not that much more than mine. So, I don't feal so bad.
I think I found about 6 or 7 dollar coins this year.
They are hard to come by around here.
It would help If we started using larger denomination
coins.

I am jealous of your long distance mod on the Silver Sabre. It will be pretty hard to compete with a machine that will pick up a nugget not just inches, feet or yards, but miles away. Pretty nifty
