Probably I should let Ralph explain all this to you. Ralph has been proxy posting for ages and was good at it for a while. He finally got caught when he posted from the mayors computer in the city hall where he works. Ralph is a cop that thinks he is smarter than the rest of the world. He was tracked down and the server was shut down for the entire city. The local server operator in his town knew Ralph personally when they were called because of all the trouble he has caused elsewhere.
You will see lot's of proxy posting over here because their messages don't last very long over at the TD. That is why you see them squeeling that they got deleted over there. No one must care enough to track them over here. They are all well known. Ralph had it down pat for a while but it was eventually figured out. He was thrown off the forum for a year but eventually eased his way back in..He is on a short leash though.
If you see a message that has an AOL ISP address and a Yahoo e-mail address you can bet your a$$ it is someone posting under a false name. Why don't they use their AOL e-mail if they are using the AOL server. Because if you are a registered AOL account you are very easy to track. Using a Yahoo e-mail address makes it almost impossible to find you. All of these guys know it and use that scam regularly.
George (SC) has been trying to post over at the TD under that name for about six months. We know who he is exactly. AOL isp addresses always change but the Yahoo e-mail address remains the same as he trys to post under various names. When you are talking to someone over here...don't assume they are who they represent they are. Now all the proxy posters will come back after seeing this message and try to skewer me. In order to check to see if they are who they really say they are...send them an e-mail asking for their phone number.
You proxy posters can now sit over here and talk to yourselves. I wanted everyone else to know that this is now the headquaters for all of you. This is not sour grapes. These are just the facts. The Guvners forums deserve better than this...

This forum hides email addresses. How do you know what a posters email address is unless you send them an email through Findmall and get a reply? By the way, I have two friends at work who are on AOL, use Yahoo addresses I set up for them and they wouldn't know what a proxy was if it hit them in the a$$. You may be right, but how do you get around the hidden email addresses?

Ever since those millions of AOL email addresses were stolen for spam purposes, folks have been reluctant to post their real AOL email address.

There are maybe three guys posting under various names. You are a nice guy and one of those that will check it out. I responded to your message because we have talked before. I hoped that the good guys here will see this and demand that it is cleaned up...

account on TD? I know lots of folks who use AOL or others as their ISP and Yahoo for e-mail accounts. There not hiding from anybody. I think we're being spoon fed BS again LOL.
 
Mr. Mayor got called on the carpet, and couldn't defend his lies any longer. Plain and simple. I don't "proxy post" from AOL or any other ISP. I use my name and my local ISP, and always have. But Mr. Cowardly Mayor seldom if ever has used his. What is he hiding from ?
Yeah, we will "talk via eMail tonight" alright. WRONG ! Your damage control attempt didn't work, so you obviously have nothing left to do than to attack me personally. You can't argue the facts, so you attack the people who don't agree with you. Either you have a couple of other very good students, or they have taught YOU well. While we are at it, shall we discuss certain stolen technology used by your former detector manufacturing company. Ooooops, that wasn't supposed to be divulged was it. Does that make you a liar AND a thief ? Enquiring minds want to know.

Most of us know enough about the internet Mr. Mayor that we realize you are full of $#IT up to your eyeballs. I do not, and never have, posted anything from the REAL mayors office, period. That is another of your hearsay BS lies funneled to you from your mentor and partner in hype. Not only does the city ISP continue to operate as always, it has never been "shut down" for any reason. Anyone wants to confirm that this is another pathetic lie of the "Mayor" is welcome to eMail me for a direct contact telephone number to the owner of the local ISP. No problem there. But you see, proving that Ronnie Hyre is a lier takes very little effort on anyone's part. His credibility has just gone COMPLETELY to #ell in a handbasket, and all of his own doing. Fact is, Mr. Mayor, you can't "catch" someone doing something they are NOT doing. Oh, but I remember well the multiple telephone calls to my ISP by your mentor several years ago, DEMANDING that my service be stopped or he would sick his brother, the FEDERAL MARSHAL on them and tell SWB to refuse them line service. What a friggin' joke ! He couldn't even "ban" me from his own server, let alone "track" a non-existant boogie man posting through a proxy. Your sense of "reality" is somewhere out in La-La land where you spend most of your time following around the little animals. I don't give a tinker's ##### what machine you use or promote to further your agenda and that of your up-to-his-ass-in-legal-alligators buddy, and I will continue to use my Tesoros, X5, Nautilus, Whites, and whatever else I prefer, regardless of your non-stop blathering hype.

I've really been trying to remain objective with you and your posts but it's starting to develop a bit of an odor. If you had the guy busted, you should have played your cards. Maybe you're a great guy but some of the company you keep is starting to have a negative effect on you? Do you find yourself sitting around muttering words like "coward", and "Virginia" and stretching the facts around certain detectors' performances? Is your ability to spell correctly starting to diminish? Are you misrepresenting the truth more than you used to? Oops, I guess I covered that one already?
