Here's An Instructional Video With The New Orange Garrett Pro Pointer AT

I can see one of these added to my ever growing pin pointer collection even though i don't water hunt.
I just hope Garrett solved the falsing issue with this new PPer, i'll wait for the reviews.
My old Garret PP'er of only 2 season's use finally had to retire permanently because of hyper falsing.

Right now, my Whites TRX is my goto. After a year of heavy use and abuse, no complaints. Scarce to no falsing and more sensitive than the old Garrett too.

As far as all those setting changes with only one push button switch, who the hell can remember all that out in the field?
I know i can't without a cheat sheet! Its not only Garrett PP'ers either. I don't change settings often but when i do its always a time consuming struggle.

I'd pay a little extra for a Cadillac PP'er with a small LCD display/menu where you can see absolutely what setting you're gonna end up with.
Maybe using a single multi-directional switch so a menu can be scrolled through. The small display would be located at the top end cap and also have a sturdy quick removable cover to keep from soil scratching.
What else would be great is an extendable metal probe arrangement that can penetrate inches deeper into the bottom or sides of the hole.
Yeah, i want one of those! :super:

Forgot to add an additonal feature to that Cadillac PPer. The ability to discriminate ferrous from non-ferrous targets. Need not be fancy, just two hi-lo tones and 2 different vibes.
