That info is accurate. I've heard it on the news too. A little more subtle warning as not to induce panic. I wish I had the extra bucks to stock up on food items. If it isn't the bird flu virus, it will be something else eventually, terrorism, other natural disater etc.. It never hurts to be prepared. I am here in Northern Ohio and we were hit with that multi state blackout a few years back. I was almost on E going to work. I figured I'd fill up on the way home as I was running late for work. No cash on me, just my check card. Everything was out, gas pumps, ATM's etc.

sometime in the future there will be a significant population reducttion event. The conspiricy theorist in me thinks it'll appear to be horribly out of control when it is actually by design and very much in control by those who will be orchestrating it. Frankly, if it happens in my lifetime, it'll be so ugly in the aftermath, I won't want to be around any longer than I have to. In other words, why prepare?

I'm not too worried. If it comes done to a pandemic sweeping the world, I'll just drive up into the hills & work my gold claims. A few months later, when it's run it's course, I'll drive back out and pick up some cheap real estate. HH... Willy.

Between the possibility of the bird flu mutating and how aids is now affecting the 3rd world and other countries who needs conspiracy theories. Mother nature has a way with dealing with overpopulation. Thats not a theory its just her way. We have beaten many of the common threats to health and long life so she just comes up with newer and more lethal ones.

I at least gotta wonder about mine. One of, if not the largest of research efforts rotates around weaponry and viral work is a big piece of that. Coincidence? We'll probably never know.
