Here's a question about hurricane endangerment.......

If you've been told to get out of an area because of a dangerous hurricane coming right at your house. And you've been told it was coming through your neighborhood in 4 or more days.
You were basically told to "leave or die" and you choose NOT to evacuate and you keep your underage children in the house with you.
Why aren't these people charged with felony child neglect, or child endangerment ???
Seems to me that it just ain't right !! Not the kids fault that their parents are idiots. But spank that same child in public and have all kinds of agencies up in your business.

Rick... I don't want to sound ugly but somebody has to go in and haul their dumbut out of there when the smoke clears. Millions of dollars and man hours spent doing that that could be used for clean up etc. etc.
