Keith, way to go! Thanks for putting these videos together for us to see the capabilities of the AT Pro. Great demos of various items that will prove useful out in the field.

Thanks for doing the videos Keith. Very good report.

Have fun

Keith,
Thanks for walking us through the different settings. You did an excellent job with it!

Best Regards,
Steve

Great job with the two video's Keith, very well explained. The AT Pro is not available yet in the UK, but your video's give a good insight of what to expect with settings and sounds.

Thanks for the vids - interesting regards to the brick/nail and doing the air gap with the tape roll/nail.
Having the audio provides some insight on how the Pro mode sounds - except a couple times I had to slip my headphones (laptop & headphones) off because I kept hearing some kind of a different bird nearby, but after a coupe times I realize it was on your vid - lol.
Thanks again - I really enjoyed them.

I do not see an AT-Pro in my future.

What didn't you like?

I think the iron audio is a nice feature. But the quickness of the response (reactivity) doesn't seem all that fast. That said, they make up for it a bit by giving you more to go by with the sound it seems, very descriptive and sounds a bit like some older detectors in that way. I really like that. Targets in iron are not very clear and that is a bit of it's response speed. (Ok, it was an air test though.)

I'm sure it will be fantastic for many many people. I did not intend for this to be a bashing post..I just didn't think it was something I would like after watching Keiths very nice video.. I really appreciated his time and effort to share with us. and it helped me make a decision. Keith I am truly sorry if I put any kind of damper on your well made descriptive video.I wasn't thinking when I posted my post. I was just so happy you made such a great video that I could determine right away I didn't want to invest in that detector. I wish every new detector had such a quality video posted about the operation and set up as your video's do Sir..Thank You.......

Keith ,
You showed a lot of variables that could very well happen when hunting ...You also showed a lot of tones and tones where a couple of targets might be laying next to , or on top of , each other .....Thanks so much for sharing this information with us ... It was one of the better video's on the AT Pro that I have seen yet .....Jim

Elton, it's a forum not a metal detecting cheer forum. There is nothing wrong with what you did and even questioning a detector. Every body has a preference for one reason or another, I was just asking your reason???

I'm looking hard at this detector for next year. I love the descriptive sounds but am a bit worried regarding its recovery speed (in iron).

I usually try to keep an open mind and give them all a chance...

I did not even think nothing of your reply...

But I might add I learned along time ago when fooling with detector's it's best to use one before dismissing it...I would of missed alot of fun and find's by going by what other's have to say..

Good to hear from you Elton!!!

dig something nice

I notice they get good depth through the pine-straw here just on the few hour's I have ran one...

One other thing is the depth across the board in conductivity and also in size from small to large is really astonishing...I see some Hoard's coming to light with this machine...

man I gotta get over there one day!!

Let us know when ya get one over there

Keith
