Here,s how to fix the connector on the coils from being so tight.

Take a small finishing nail smaller then the female pin. Push it in and move around a small amount in each hole. Just a small amount, now try it on the connector housing. Do not wallow out the female connector to much. Just very small amounts till it fits a little looser on the connector. This will work on all the coils. Make sure you tighten down the knerl Knob on the female connector to the control head real snug. Later, Jerry aka Tinfoil. :D: :D:

Good tip, thanks. By the way, where have you been? I've had to learn far to much about my F75 on my own.:confused:HH jim tn

I'm not sure telling folks to poke around inside the female pin connectors is a very good idea at all. There is a much better and far easier fix, and it will do a couple other things for you as well. if guys start spreading the pins, in all likelyhood, some of them will experience connection problems down the road, if not right away. Do this instead.....................
Go to your local NAPA store, and but a tube of "Sil-Glide". Its a clear silicone dialectric compound used for automotive applications. Put ust a tiny dab if it in the tips of the pins, and plug and unplug the connector once or twice. You'll be amazed at how much easier and smoother it connects now. It will also guard against corrosion (important for you salt beach hunters), and add a bit if moisture intrusion protection. Sorry Tinfoil.but that was some pretty bad advice!!!!! Streak!
