AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE
(Proposed by the House Committee on Appropriations
on February 3, 2005)

A BILL to amend and reenact
 
I hope you're right. The summary in the VA. General Assembly didn't change and it concerns me. What happened to sections 10.1-2305, 2307, 2308?? GONE I HOPE.

Open to interpretation and "gray areas." Any State of Federal Judge will abide by what the Archies say in Court. In other words; you get brought before a Judge for metal detecting on Grand Pa's farm without written permission and they'll hang you. Dig a relic in VA and take it home to Ohio. Later you sell that relic(s) at a Civil War show and you may have commited a Felony via the ARPA law. Gray areas mean "dark clouds," and dark clouds to me means Bad Weather ahead. Only the first step my friends.
