Help with some finds near colonial foundation

Dug these near a colonial foundation where i've found loads of relics in the past.

Here are 3 of my finds from this past weekend i need help with:

Find #1 almost looks like a breastplate of some sort given what looks to be like a broken clasp on the back. the front though looks to have a key hole but no where large enough to fit a key.

Find #2 looks like a top to a can - but its a pretty solid/heavy piece of metal so i'm not sure.

Find #3 i have no idea because it's too hard to clean so i'm going to guess some sort of latch?

Mark M , Items 1 and 2 could possibly be old bridal rosettes . The 3 rd item maybe just a big old hand forged washer . Hope this give you some ideas Ezra.

Interesting. I should note that I also found 2 horseshoes right in the same small area.
