Help with Navy button. Org. or repro, CW?

RI scout

New member
Hi all, new member here. Just posted in the todays finds, but thought I might find more button experts here.
This button was recovered last weekend in Newport RI. Have already searched the net high and low, but haven't found an exact match, and don't have any research books yet, so here go's. Its a single piece, concave about 24mm dia. The only back mark is "treble guilt" (none left :(), no other maker info. It seems close to Alberts NA045, or NA54-A, but beside the lack of a known maker, it has only 15 six pointed stars, rather the 16 stars I see on the others mentioned. Would appreciate any input.

Thanks for your time.

contact William Leigh at this web site. if he doesn't know he can probably find out
