I found this at an old semi-pro baseball park in Central Florida some years ago. I initially thought it was a belt buckle, but the back of it made me think it was some sort of device that is attached to something. It is 1 1/2" square. I had thought that Dominion might be an old baseball team, but it is also the name of a power company. Any ideas?
 
There is a Dominion Lock company, so I agree that is probably what it is. It definitely fit into something with those pins on the back. Thanks for the feedback guys.
