Just wanted to say quick Hi from Dartford UK. I have inherited 4 interesting rocks, amongst other things and will be posting asking for help with what they are. Having said that the forum looks interesting so I may hang around. They are clearly not detector finds so you may tell me to go. However I like to think maybe my uncle found them whilst detectoring.

This is the first, may have uploaded wrong. It says on label from Boltsburn mine Weardale 29.09.26. I think it says it's Flourbar but presume it means its Flourspar. it measures 100mmx90mmx90mm and weighs 955grams it is purple ish in colour. Any advice most welcome
The second is below I think it may be quartz with pyrite. it weighs 3.2kg and measures 180mm x 140mm x 90mm
