Help with dates

That second picture is a Boy Scout neckerchief. Have found a few of those myself, but not sure how old exactly.
 
The Lady Liberty that you are holding, looks alot like the commemorative that they gave all Scouts in the early 1950's when they celebrated the 40th anniversary of the Scouts. That is the same time that Scouts around the country erected 200 miniature Statue of Liberty's in 39 states. The "Strengthen the Arm of Liberty" was their theme for the anniversary. Hope that helps.
