IF it was not for bad luck,i would not have any luck at all.On Sept. 26th i had a complete right shoulder replacement, lost 19 lbs ,medicare would let me only stay over night :sick:They sent me home, developed a fever and the DR. said said "you have pneumonia" so back to the hospital i go.They kept me there for a week,no more fever so i was sent home again:thumbdown:OUCH-----still feeling bad ,back to hospital i go again.Got a specialist ,found i had fluid in my left lung so they got a large needle and drove it in my back pulled out 40 c.c.'s of fluid. The specialist Said It was pleuracy, and there was a small amount of fluid left ,but was unable to get it out.
So i am back in therapy for my shoulder for 6---8 weeks and its getting tough and was told it will mend in a YEAR:surrender:Good mercy unable to do much of anything with this hand and shoulder ,had to train myself to go to the bath room all over again:rofl:
NO more hunting for this year and looking @ 5 detectors ,three new ones have never hit the ground, other two barley used:blink:

Well, you are right. If not for bad luck you have no luck. I thought I was in bad shape. You just made me feel good. I sure hope you get better over the winter months. I done the fluid on the lungs my self many years ago. The only thing I have now is a bad heart and back and kidney failer . Hell, I feel good.
Sure hope everything works out good for you. Take care.. KEN

CJM only time and doing your rehab will get that shoulder back to detecting form---it's difficult.but try to be patient and always remember that the bad shoulder gets you outta a lot of "honey do's". Good luck.

Are you a diabetic ken?Tw0 major problems kidneys and heart,I am also a diabetic and kidneys are very critical as you get older they do not function as well.Getting old is not for wimps.Still hoping i find the elusive GOLD coin before i cash in:blink:
Yep those "honey do's" are a mile high, but i paid the DR. extra to tell the wife i could not lift anything but a cup of coffe:laugh:

Hope you heal up soon. God bless. Health is a real blessing that we all need to not take for granted. Wheaty Mike

Get well soon.

Rich.

Praying for your recovery. My wife had no insurance for 2017- plan was cancelled for .08¢ underpayment!! Went thru 3 months of hell arguing with Healthcare. Thank God she made it OK till open enrollment. Now I will have paperwork every two months as they are never satisfied with info you send them. I now scrutinize every piece of mail they send.
