HELP WE NEED RAIN IN TEXAS:yikes::surprised:

Not meaning to be rude here..but when doesn't texas need rain ????
I think everything from the center of the country to the west coast needs rain...
 
Read in the news recently that the La Nina weather pattern in the Pacific Ocean is set to return, which means warm and dry conditions for southern USA for the forseeable future. You can have some of the rain here in Vancouver, BC. It rains here 2-3 days out of the week usually this time of year.
