Help. Trying to return a ring.

Found a small 10K gold ring with what I think may be a school name on it and the year 2011. Is there a web site that list schools by state or other wise?

try googling the name? might narrow it down a bit.
Thanks, I did try googling but couldn't find a school by the name that's on the ring. Any other ideas because I'm fresh out of 'em.

Post a pic so we can help! Usually class rings have the owners initials inside the band. Also, the name on the ring may not be a school, but the onwer!

Does the ring look old?. reason saying is because i know of some old towns around here that used to have high schools that don't exist anymore. i wanted to detect the property of this old high school that closed back in the 80s but wanted to find out who owns the property first. It was difficult to look up the school at first because it wasn't being used anymore. It might take some deeper "digging" into the search engines to locate what school the ring was from. good luck and let us know! HH

Here is a pic of the ring. There is an inscription on the inside of the ring, but it's not a name.
Thanks in advance for any help in this matter.

I think jas415 is probably right about Evelize being the name of the owner. Try looking for schools in the area with a lion or bulldog mascot. Also, If Jostens made the ring, they may be able to help identify the owner. Good luck. I hope you're able to return the ring.

Here is a neat website that you could post the ring on... http://www.classringfinder.com/
I did a quick search and didn't see this one reported lost but if anything it tells us detectorists there is alot of gold being lost out there....

I think thats the ring my younger sister lost last year. Send me the place found and i'll confirm it. If you like i can send you a description for authentication.... HEHEHE! Good luck!
