HELP PLEASE !! I Need to know if somebody knows if the Explorer SE is able to detect GOLD NUGGETS in river on mountains also in deserts

I own the Explorer SE and I test it on the beach, found EUROS 1180 in the season in a Greeck Island full of turist, but now I going back to my country next to the mountains... Then I would like to know if is it possible to detect gold nuggets with the Explorer SE. Also I bught additional 5' EXcellerator coil just in case.

If you know something about Explorer SE on gold nugget please let me know.

The nugget would have to be at least 1/4 ounce. The Explorer is not a good gold machine. I have tested in on many sizes of nuggets.

A friend of mine who has the Exp II has found gold nuggets with his machine. He uses a large 14" DD coil from minelab and the smaller 8" DD in trashy areas. While it is not the best detector for the job it can and will find gold. Good luck!!

Yea! Good luck on your quest, hope you find that yellow stuff with your name on it! Old creeks, river beds and crevices are the go! Shallow flats!

I have a river dredge in Guinea, I would like to make search on the river Sankarani with a detector
You can suggest me a good detector for small nuggets and dust claims.
