Help Please, ACE 350, Which mode ? Tips

Happy Hunting everyone. Well, Kellyco is delivering my ACE 350 today. Does anyone have any advice on which mode they like the best with the 350 ?
With my ACE 250 I usually hunted in custom mode, eleminating the iron and a notch next to the nickel.
Is there a mode someone would reccomend with the ACE 350 or should I just cont. to hunt in my custom mode ? Any advice here would be so much appreciated.

All depends on what your looking for and feel some airtesting is recommended relative your notching or lack thereof....lest you miss the gold rings...and yes less notching means more digging but a gold ring or two in the pouch...

I'd say just hunt the 350 set up with custom settings just like you do with the 250. I have both, and use both almost daily. I generally hunt mine in all metal with iron notched out. You will dig lots of bottle caps, but you can do the DD wiggle to get more info on the target before you dig. Personally I dig it all, because I have found several silver coins near a rusted nail, and using the DD wiggle method, one would probably pass on digging that target.

I like the jewelery mode. I usually don't hunt relics, so that mode covers my bases. I also like hunting in jewelery mode because it helps me not dig as many bottle caps because of the added iron signal. (bell then boop) The coin mode will only give bell on caps.
