After you save your pic to your hard drive in jpg format, use the upload your pictures link here, then hit the browse button and use the pulldown to select all files, go to the directory you saved your pics on, then click the file you want to upload, then click use it. when the pic comes up in the preview right click on the pic and select copy image location.. make your post and then erase the http:// in the image box then right click on the box and paste.. it should put the url in there for you.. click preview post before posting to be sure it worked
