Help needed posting photos. PLEASE??

I've tried uploading photos to this forum along with several other Find forums. Can't make the uploader work. I've been able to upload photos to other websites successfully, but not this one. I'm using Internet Explorer 5.1. My photos were saved on the hard drive in "jpg" format. I can start the upload process, browse and find the photo I want. When I highlight the photo I want and click "open" it puts the "URL" in the box, but the "use it" and other buttons NEVER show up. I'm stuck and can't get any further. Can anyone help? PLEASE??
 
Hi Kermit---I noticed that the picture has to be the "right size". Do you know what size your picture is?

Kermit, it must be something on your end. I tried tried it and the "use it" button was there and it uploaded my pic. What provider do you use? There must be a way for you to post here.

I don't have problems either but some little file might be missing on his end. Maybe just reloaning his browser would clear it up. I think I would try that
