Help needed from UK detectorist...

I will be detecting in the UK in October and was wondering if any UK detectorist using the E-trac could post some of the setting they use in the UK.
I will be using the stock coil.
I know that different ground condition can dictate different settings but I am curious as to what you are using in your area.
It might give me a place to start.
Mentioning what area you are from could also help me.

Most britsh would just use a simple nail reject and conduct sounds
you will wont to dig every thing because of the wide range of things to find
