Help Identifying Coin and Seal

Does anyone have any idea what coin this is and what the seal (lead) might represent?
Thanks for any help.

Can't quite read anything on the seal or coin. Pretty decent pictures, just can't quite make anything out. Can you shed light on what/if either of items say. For heaven's sake, if you find out somewhere else, let us know what they are.

Looks like an old Canadian coin, early 1800's maybe. Nice finds!

I was thinking upper bank of Canada token.... or a military matching coin.

Thank you all for the help - these 2 were found on the same day within a couple hundred feet of each other and have stumped me since.
The seal is definitely lead and on the one side says "T H E S ..." and "LIMITED" there are clover leaf patterns at the bottom (somewhat like card symbols)
The other side has plenty of writing but it is pretty tough to make out - there is a date or serial number at the top - 4 digits..
under it you can make out some words that look like " - corporate seal - distributed (or captured) by ....union"

The "coin" or token is a standing figure on the from with a date under it - but I cant make it out - the back has a centered oval with 2 guns/cannons crossed in front - cannot make out the writing around the oval though...it is copper and much larger than a US large cent.

Any more help would be greatly appreciated - thanks again!

Thank you all - you guys nailed it. This must be the coin - Canadian Half-penny.
Now--just need to figure out the seal...
