well i found this ring and i need help. it is a cameo hand carved. and looks old.i think its ivory.behind the head its shiny. it is 10k gold and the gold that holds the cameo in is thick. on the inside of the band it looks like it says 5mCo 10k.the ring is in great shape. if you can tell my $ and age.
