I these around my house over the last year or so within a 1 mile radius. One in the woods close to a field, one on the edge of a field, and one near a 1800s home site (in a field). The all have 1 side that is flattened, as you can see from the one on the right. One is smaller than the other two, and I am pretty sure they are lead. I live in east Tennessee, any thoughts?

Looks like shot small calibre pistol balls. 30 to 36 cal. I'm guessing. Civil War period or later.

definitely hit that area and often you might find just about anything there-if possible keep the site secret so nobody cleans up before you

If you can get your hands on a gram or grain scale, weigh them individually and just do a search online for round balls and you can get a good idea of the actual calibre. Of course if they weren't deformed, you could just mic them.
