Found this bullet at the beach, it was close to a 1950 wheatie. Don't know what age it would be. Also found the usual clad. Thanks for looking. HH
 
Man that is civil war stuff buddy! I have found just a few in the water...I would post on the civil war forum
 
Your bullet is a > 58 cal 510 grain minie ball ... used during Civil War 1861- 1865 .. Southern & Union troops both used them ..

No wonder 650 thousand died during the >>> Civil War ..
